It serves our United States and Canadian clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can be accessed toll-free from anywhere in North America. Accreditation Our call center is URAC accredited by the American Accreditation Healthcare Commission and was the first URAC accredited site outside of the United States. EXPERIENCE Our Registered Nurses, currently on staff, average over 10 years of clinical experience. Foreign Language Capabilities Our Call Center has extensive language capabilities on its own nursing staff (English, Spanish, French) and through our translation service.
