Cooperative Health Services, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Colorado in 1999 for the purpose of providing discounted NURSE ADVICE LINE and AUDIO LIBRARY services to the healthcare industry, insurance companies and affinity organizations. LANGUAGE Service at our call centers is designed to accommodate English, French and Spanish speaking clients and their members. Other languages are provided with the assistance of our language translation service. INSURANCE CHS, Inc. maintains both general and professional liability insurance policies in the amounts standard for the industry and indemnifies all contracted clients. PRIVATE LABEL CHS, Inc. is pleased to offer its clients an additional service of branding and private labeling products and services according to their needs. This service is provided at no additional charge unless extensive programming is required. Client activity reports are distributed monthly and all invoicing is monthly in arrears. CLIENT BASE CHS serves several multi-national insurance companies and many large health benefits organizations in the United States. The company's participating member base currently exceeds 5 million members. REFERENCES CHS encourages prospective clients to request references. FUTURE PLANS Efforts are currently underway to open additional call centers servicing several other countries in the Middle East. These services should be operational in the fourth quarter of 2007. |
