THE AUDIO LIBRARY

The CHS Audio Health Library consists of recorded health topics that can be accessed by your members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By using this system, members are empowered to make more informed healthcare decisions, and to take better care of themselves and their families. This reduces the amount of time the nurses spend giving out basic health information, and allows the calls that are transferred back to the nurses to be handled more efficiently, as the members are now more educated about their topic of concern.

The Audio Library contains information on 2,200 topics - everything from Cancer and Heart Disease to Parent and Adolescent Concerns to Nutrition Tips. While many callers to our medical call center will simply be seeking basic information and will not need to speak to anyone, all recordings can end by directing the caller back to the operator for assistance in obtaining further information, or directly connecting the caller to a nurse.
